At TOV Furniture, we want you to love your bold new pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee may apply to ensure we can continue offering designer-quality furniture at attainable prices.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and repack it securely in its original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
